We have the best rental rates available in the complex. Our vacation condos are very popular in all seasons. We offer a unique residential vacation experience in a spectacular, private oceanfront setting in the country. Our 1370 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom third floor corner condo is the biggest condo available in the resort. It has the largest oceanfront deck in the complex with panoramic views out to Yellow Point.

We can also accommodate you in a deluxe fully equipped one bedroom suite and a wheelchair accessible ground level entry 2 bedroom condo.

Be sure to book early: We recommend you make your Winter bookings in Fall, as they are very popular with Canadian snowbirds. Spring, Summer and Fall are also very popular with clients who return each year from all over North America.

Rates above quoted are based on two adults. For extra adults, please add $100 per week each. Extra children please add $75 per week. Extra guests must be included at the time of reservation to ensure proper bedding and supplies.

Booking Deposits: A deposit is required on bookings and there is a $250.00 returnable security deposit. We gladly accept personal cheques. "High season" bookings can be travel agent insured to cover the non-cancellation policy. Our vacation condos are "No smoking" and generally "No pets". Guests can smoke outside on the furnished sundecks right off the living room where the view is gorgeous.

Guests agree to leave the condo in the condition they find on arrival. Normal laundry services on departure are included in rates. Extra housekeeping charges may apply if the condo is left very unclean. There is a coin operated laundry facility on site. Rates can be quoted in US dollars for your convenience.

Taxes: There are no taxes on rentals of my private vacation condo.

Prices include hydro* see below, cable TV with VCR, local telephone, parking and full use of all facilities. Long distance telephone is by calling card only.

*A monthly hydro surcharge per month is added during the Winter period October 1st to May 31st.

Vacation condo features: Condo has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom, with new duvets. Our condos also have 2 fold-out double sofa beds in the living room, with comforters, sheets and pillows for extra children and adults. Let us know how many are in the party when booking, so we can be sure to accommodate your bedding and linen needs.

Our largest "best view" deluxe corner condo is 1370 square feet with 2 full bathrooms. It is the largest condo suite available in the whole complex, with biggest kitchen and deck. It has a TV with DVD, 50 channel cable TV, comfortable newer furniture, solid oak coffee tables, end tables and the largest, best equipped gourmet kitchen, for your enjoyment and convenience. We also can arrange additional units for larger parties requiring more than one condo at the same time. We can also book a ground floor unit for those having difficulty with stairs.

More activities on and off site: Kayaking and fishing tours of the local islands can be arranged, from nearby the condos, led by the top guides of the calm sheltered local waters. See our photo galleries and ask about our first class prawn fishing, off dock crabbing, and professionally skippered salmon fishing charters in the local waters.

Fishing and crabbing: You can fish or crab on your own either off the dock or nearby, for fresh water bass or trout in fish stocked Quennel Lake, just three miles down the road. Oysters and clams exist in the adjoining Blue Heron bay during most of the year. Please check for local tide conditions and regulations.

Bungy jumping: Teenagers can go Bungy jumping, as over 120,000 people have without incident, in the world famous "Bungy Zone", just 10 minutes away by car. When booking, ask us for a map and the contact information for these activities. Just watching is a thrill for children and teenagers alike. Group bookings: including ground level wheelchair accessible units can be arranged to accommodate several families or a larger number of parties together.
